Tonight I had the chance to hang out with some other great photographers at my friend Susan Stevison’s studio in downtown Alexandria. Susan is an amazing portrait and wedding photographer who I really admire. I also had the chance to meet Pam Dean from Jena, and Tia Owens-Powers (photographer for The Town Talk- Alexandria’s newspaper). I’ve admired Tia’s photojournalism for many years- it was nice to finally meet her.
